Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
