Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
