Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
