Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Tucson. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 231 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
