Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
