Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Staffing Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 905 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
