Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Pine Community Partners is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
