Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Toledo area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
