Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
