Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Tampa region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
