Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
