Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tampa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
