Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
