Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Oak Facilities Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 308 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
