Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Staffing is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
