Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
