Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
