Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Spokane with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
