Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Spokane, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
