Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Spokane focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 606 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
