Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Spokane. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
