Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
