Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Haven Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
