Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Summit Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
