Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
