Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
