Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Loom Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
