Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
