Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Savannah serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
