Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Lumen River Financial is a financial-services company in San Jose. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
