Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in San Jose with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
