Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Lantern Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
