Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
