Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Nova Linden Legal Group provides legal services in San Diego across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
