Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
