Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Ember Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Diego caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
