Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Diego with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 684 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
