Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
