Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Diego, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 284 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
