Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate North Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
