Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Granite Markets is a San Antonio retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
