Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Summit Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
