Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Cross Facilities Group is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
