Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar River Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
