Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
