Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Cedar Facilities Group looks after properties across the San Antonio region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
