Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Birch Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
