Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Families are partners. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
