Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Pike Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
