Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Vale Financial Partners serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
